[Spridgets] Swapping silicone for dot 3

For a car that has freshly rebuilt  calipers, new rear pistons, master, slave and hoses, what method should be used to eradicate and cleanse all of the existing hard lines of any remaining traces of Dot 3 before switching over to Silicone?
