Sorry Howard, but the admins for the SpriteSpot website have been not been there in years.  You can't re-register for a new screen name because there are no admins to turn it on for you.  I'm in the same boat and have tried unsuccessfully for years to contact somebody.

I lost track of my password, and before I go thru the process of re-registering under a new screen name, I'd like to resurrect my old information.
