[Spridgets] Scam?

Got a message from Facebook messenger supposedly from Larry Miller telling me about a UNICEF workers compensation fund grant I can apply for.  "Larry" says he got $60,000 and he can help me apply for it.  My scam radar is on high alert and going off on this one.  Is this from you Larry?Mike MacLean
