I have had my Yokohama Avid tires on my Bugeye since I changed wheels to Australian Super Lites over ten years ago.  There is no discernible tread wear (shows how much I drive it) and no side wall cracks, but I am looking for a new set of tires now.  175 70R 13s.  I am sure the car will handle better with a fresh set of tires.Mike MacLean

Tires are the single most important element to your car's handling, braking, ride quality and overall safety. Bill Clinton was president when you bought them. If you have to think much beyond that…

They are not run in winter nor, if I am lucky, in adverse conditions.  I have never experienced bump-steer in the dry with them, and wet braking was never a 'joy' at the best of times.
