[Spridgets] Throttle cable clean & lube suggestions?

Lin,
I suggest replacement.  Or at least careful inspection to make sure it's
not frayed where it passes through the cowl and into the engine
compartment.  It is not uncommon for that to happen and causing the cable
not to return to the closed position.
