[Spridgets] Rust, no LCB

(Except that all LCBs have rust!)

I just found serious rust under the folded bottom edge of my minivan lift gate.  It extends much too far under the fold to clean out well.  I wonder if the best solution is to soak it with PB Blaster and/or thin oil rather than just covering with paint or caulk.  Once this is done, nothing else will stick.
