Listen, kids - understanding "why" is very much the point of the article. Things are better when there is a purpose, a vision. When we did the Bustercluster, the "why" was never "To restore this Sprite."  It was "Pam and Buster will recreate their first date on Sunday in this car." Microsoft brought its Zune MP3 player to market before the iPod and spouted specs, memory, size and sound quality in all its advertising. No one really paid attention because they did not explain "why."  Apple came out with the iPad and simply stated "4,000 songs on your pocket." Everyone got it.
