[Spridgets] soft top for 1973 Midget

I put an economy ($150) ebay top on my Miata some time back. The quality
was good and the top functioned perfectly. The car stayed under a carport
and the top was down 99.5% of the time when it wasn't under the carport.
It was perfect for me. If you don't have covered storage
or if you want a more expensive top there are options but the economy stuff
is functional and practical, in my experience.
