[Spridgets] Valve movement

Am getting closer to putting the bigeye back on the road but am wondering about the condition of the cam.  Do not want to tear the engine down so was thinking of measuring the valve movement where the rocker arm moves the valve.  Anyone know how much the valve should?  Stock cam, push rods and rocker arms.
