Try filing the corners off?  Will they fit in the lathe and a bit of sand
paper?  Polish up with fine wet & dry or similar.

 

Have a look at  MYLED.COM     (support at myled.com)  The goods are OK but
beware of (a) postal charges and (b) a stream of advertising emails.   There
is a fiddly to find conversion between currencies in the form of a flag -
upper right of screen.
