[Spridgets] Vertical Weber carb for 948 cc engine

After i had my carbs COMPLETELY rebuilt ( ie.. New throttle shafys, bushings, jets, needles, etc) i never had to touch them.  Once on proper shape and correctly set why would they require constant "fiddling"?
