[Spridgets] MKIII Midget front wheel bearings

I planned on pressing the new bearings I got from Peter on but they are
ball and not tapered roller.  I assume a little heat may help...   I will
ask Peter about shims as I don't have any.  These are wire hubs - any
tricks in getting them off?  Use a puller?   Use a puller on the old
bearings?  Thanks for all the input guys!!
