Good Nick means good condition, not functioning properly.
 
Fiddly is generally taken to mean an awkward job because it involved small  
parts or a lot of fine finger movement or dexterity.
 
No-one says 'Pudding Club' any more but they might say 'up the duff'.
 
I've never heard the expression use your spanner smartly but a spanner is a 
 wrench.
 
Bob really is my uncle
 
I've never head the expression ' get a wiggle on'.
 
And a quid is of course a pound but it's never 12 ounces.
 
I'm not old enough to remember bobs and tanners but am old enough to  
remember shillings.
