With all the interest in viewing the sinkhole Corvettes on display at the
Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY, I think Chevrolet should seize the
opportunity and take a cue from the guitar world and offer relic versions of
these cars.

Each could be delivered with mud, dirt, scratches, and damage in
precisely the same way and condition as they were when pulled from the now
famous sinkhole. Buyers could collect one of each. A problem could arise when
appearing at car shows because for example, rain could wash-off some of the
dirt and debris and it would be a tragedy if someone touched one of them and
disturbed the placement of some of the mud.

Who knows, this could actually
lead to a whole new class at Corvette shows: The Wrecked Vette class in which
people could wreck their own Corvettes for prizes and recognition.
