[Spridgets] generator/regulator

Seems like most I've seen had the first gear worn out because of the lack
of synchro thing.
That, the electrics, and the dual carbs caused a lot of issues.
I'm more of a 71-74 RWA guy, though, so mostly familiar with alternator
types.
