You will have to notch the block to keep the valves clear. Some of the water jacket/oil lines are not quite perfect matches so I strongly recommend an oil cooler. Expect the engine to run hotter and be ambient temperature sensitive. If I had to do it again I would go with a lightweight head. Cheers, Martyn
