No, you are wrong.  Chrome was not an option.   All original Bugeyew were
delivered with gold with red arrows.  The chrome arrow was offered later as a
replacement.  This is the same argument I get in over the gas cap.  The cars
were delivered with body colored painted caps.  When the original owner forgot
the cap at the gas station and could not retrieve it.  Hos only option was to
buy a replacement.  They did not sell body colored gas caps and he had to buy
the stainless steel or chrome replacement available at parts houses.  Or were
you baiting me with this post...

Yep, those are chrome as was an option on Bugeyes.  The Gold with red was
original on some but not all Bugeyes.

The chrome ones have the advantage of
looking cooler
