[Spridgets] A + engines

Hi Dave,

There may be other things that distinguish the A+ engines, but they have 11
bolt heads. I believe they put those engines in the Mini Cooper S cars, the
classic ones.  I have an A+ engine that I bought from a friend, but it is in
England.
