All of this was done and then the car was burried for the last 15 +/- years.
Why don't people at least wash a car they want to sell?  It looks terrible
to me.

. Last running/inspected ~'99 - garage kept since
. In the ~mid-90's it had the following done:
o Engine rebuilt
o New floor boards and running boards
o New seat covers
o New hubcaps (AH emblems)
o New paint (red)
