[Spridgets] Truck start - no LBC

Back in the day, when I worked for Caterpillar, one of the common things found on all the mechanics benches was a can or 2 of starter spray. And I would not try to tell those guys they were not decent mechanics ;-) When I worked on Waukesha engines, mostly fueled by natural gas, we also used starter spray. Although it was not nearly so prevalent.
