Rick,
Coker tire is still stocking genuine Michelin inner tubes.  I got a set from
them, last year, for my wife's B.  They were around $24 ea.   The service
was very courteous and prompt.  Give them a call (they advertise in
virtually every old car enthusiast publication, so you should be able to
find their number or website address pretty easily.  Sorry, I don't have it
handy, right now.
