[Spridgets] Michellin See Through Tyres

Kirk,
These were shelved some time ago.  They were an attempt to make a puncture 
proof tyre but transmitted too much road noise and vibration through to the 
vehicle to let them be acceptable.  We'll be stuck with the 'air cushion' 
for some time yet.
