[Spridgets] Re ethanol-free fuel

Michael, why is water settling out of gasoline to the bottom of the tank a
good thing? Seems like every rusted out tank I've  ever seen rusted out in
the bottom where the water sat. Before ethanol blended fuel I always ran a
can or 2 of Heet (alcolhol!) thru my vehicles that I was going to store just
to get rid of that water. Now I don't have to.
One more problem with ethanol: It will clean out the water and the DIRT in
your tank. Watch your fuel filter.


BTW congrats on the column in Classic Motorsports and I think "White Trash"
should have at least had equal billing!
