They'll seat flush with the top of the head and stay out of the way.

Those are what you use to plug the air rail injection ports into the top of
the 75/76 cylinder heads. I'm trying to figure out how to plug the larger
opening into the exhaust manifold (for the pipe from the air pump) that was
used from 77 to 79.
