[Spridgets] Are you a Cold War Vet? Or entitled to a medal?

Veterans' Day got me to thinking about a little known award to which
veterans of the "Cold War" are entitled.  The "Cold War Recognition
Certificate", and all of those who served between Sept. 2, 1945 to Dec. 26,
