Last year about 200 ducks got caught in a late spring storm and landed in a
tailing pond where the Alberta Oil Sands are being developed. The company was
fined $200.00 per bird, the Green Movement wanted the Board of Directors drawn
and quartered.

Every year there are thousands of birds killed passing thru wind mill farms
around the country, but that's Ok, its clean energy, birds don't matter in
this case.
