[Spridgets] Racing cars displaying numbers on the public highway

Actually, all of the cars in the USA are race cars.  The numbers are
optional on the street.  The biggest auto organization is AAA, and they also
provide towing and battery jumps, although they may not be the best choice
for a positive earth vehicle.

There are a few 2CVs around that are probably no longer competitive.
