It's a piece of aluminum trim that has the same profile as the aluminum 
door/cockpit trim and fastens with the same screws as the door and other
cockpit 
trim. This piece above the dash was originally covered with the same vinyl
as 
the rest of the interior (seats/dash)..

Anyone have any close up pics of the trim piece that goes above the dash on
a  BE?  I don't have this piece and cannot tell from the few pics I have
what it is supposed to look like or exactly how it fastens.
