[Spridgets] Next door neighbor backed into my Midget

Rick, do you know anything about the credentials of the body shop?  You
should ask for references and call some of them before you turn your
valuable classic over to a body shop. Do they have any experience with Brit
cars?  If not, they may muck up the job.

At the very least, you need to go to the shop and have a look around.  Is it
clean?  Do you see how they do things?  What kind of cars do they work on?

If you are satisfied with the quality of their work, then you should talk
with your neighbor about your plan for a full paint job, with you doing the
grunt work.  Keep in mind that all of your work will take time.  If it goes
on too long, you won't be able to claim the damage on your insurance.  If
you decide to skip insurance, make sure you get something in writing, from
the neighbor and the shop.

If ANY red flags come up, just put a claim in with your insurance company
and let them handle it.
