So  have the SO give directions while using the toilet/shower?  Problem solved.  On the other hand, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, reverse into a parking space and that way you never have to reverse into a flow of traffic.

Don't think I could convince my wife to use the toilet while moving.  ;-)  

Reversing into parking spaces is a really good idea, but it doesn't work for diagonal spaces, which is where I discovered this problem after driving only one day in the largest vehicle I have ever driven.  I almost had to stop to use the toilet myself.  At that point, I wasn't even sure how to make the toilet work, which would have been even more fun.

It seems to me that the old VW Bugs with holes in the floor made more sense.  (I guess that dates me, doesn't it.)
