Wow Jim yes very anal and not necessary but I guess for some it is all about
collecting dust with the plastic trophy. Now if there was a cool vintage
part as the trophy I'd give it a try...wink.

No problem with flooding for me I am high and dry, I also have a home on a
slab so I don't get the wet basements like my neighbors do. I've been
through that as a kid with a wet basement and decited not to buy with a
basement again. I do feel for those who are struggling but I'm sure after
they see what is going on in Japan their situation can't compare with the
nuclear disaster. Still waist deep water is horrible.
