[Spridgets] Fwd: [Mgs] Spring washers don't work !

Reusing elastic lock nuts on cars is probably OK.  Done it myself many times.
But on my Ultralight airplane when a nut is removed it's replaced with a new
nut.  Reused elastic nuts do not have the same "locking" capability as new
nuts.
