[Spridgets] Need help in dealing with a missing title

The person who owns the hangar and who would be collecting the storage fees is
the person that has legal claim to the car.  He would have to file a lien on
it with the department of motor vehicles in your state.  He might have to come
up with paperwork to support the storage fees.  Every state probably does this
a little differently.
