Precisely, Kate.  Around here (western high plains in general) it used to be
rare to see corn growing.  Since the push for ethanol fuels and the
corresponding rise in value of a bushel of corn, we now have way more corn
than wheat!!!  Worse yet, it is "irrigated" corn in an area where water is
scarce and the Ogallala Aquifer is now shrinking at an accelerated rate.
Let's now watch the cost of wheat products in the stores start climbing!!
