[Spridgets] king pin pin removal

Got the king pin fulcrum pin out. 
I tried everything suggested, thank you. Ended up drilling it out.

I consider the fulcrum pin as a disposable part. Anytime I disassemble the
swivel pin, I always have new fulcrum pins available. That ensures that the
pin will come out without being damaged. I have used the following tools
successfully:

Hammer
Hammer with a punch
Battery terminal puller
Torch to swell the base of the swivel pin surrounding the fulcrum pin

When I order replacement parts, I usually order several extras.  :-)

I'm rebuilding the right front axel assembly. The king pin (called swivel
pin in Bentley's) is held to the fulcrum pin by a small tapered pin (called
a king pin pin in the Mo** parts list.) Anybody had trouble getting that
