[Spridgets] Bugeye front bumper question.

On a 65 parts car I got years ago, there was a bracket that was held in
place by the center bolt of your bumper. You then mount the appropriate
plate mount on that bracket, depending on the size of your plate. I
currently have it on the 68, with a plate mount from Oz holding a German
number plate.
