[Spridgets] Why does the book "More Healeys" by Geoffrey Healey cost $137.00

It is probably out of print and hard to find old copies. The price goes up
according to its scarcity.  I recently purchased an out of print science
volume which originally cost $60. I had to pay $285 for a rather worn and
dog eared copy....
