I was in Zim just before the end of UDI in '72.
Local morale was pretty low and things were getting desperate.
We knew what Mugabe was up to !
The last demolition derby I saw in Salisbury (aka Harare)included some nearly new cars, including Jags, BMW's, Rovers etc. and quite a few classic LBC's
You couldn't sell them, you couldn't anything out of the country - not even your furniture!

If there are any left they're probably horse-drawn by now  ;-((
