Tain't a "State" Larry, but a] came damned CLOSE; and b] it is
"illegal" to even own a handgun in Winnetka, IL <F> !!  Wouldn't
surprise me to see it happen in Chicago <F> where ownership is
also a no-no.  Can't even transport one thru the City in a manner
deemed legal in the State ?!?
