[Spridgets] Bugeye/Frogeye Club..... What's wrong with this ?

Yep .... it does ....

....but the problem, completely coincident with ring replacement .... makes me
think
that ..... for whatever reason, the oil control ring isn't functioning up to
par.

Sounds like the seal is not working on that valve.
