So what would be wrong with an electrolytic cap (other than its capacitance is
usually in the full mf range)?
How about a ceramic cap? I found a 1206 case, 630Vdc ceramic SMD cap with a
220pf, 10% rating for a measly $0.14 each.
It seems to fit the bill, temp range -55C to 125C
