[Spridgets] Powder coated wheel question..

I just picked up the wheels for the Morris from the Powder Coating place.
They look very nice (if you're a purist, don't asl what color!!)

Question:
Can I just mount and torque them as usual?
Or should I remove the powder coating from where the lug nuts sit?

IOW _ does the powder coating 'give' with time and effectively reduce the nut's torque?
