I really don't see any negatives.  The only hiccup could be if insurance
companies don't adapt and create some new level of insurance for antique cars
valued less than 5 grand that will be driven daily in the summer.  The only
other change I know of is that regular antique plates may have to be renewed
twice as often, but that might also be a misunderstanding on the part of the
SEMA writer.  In Illinois ALL antique plates come up for renewal the exact
same year.  if you get it at the right time they can be good for 5 years.  The
