It looks as if Veloce Press and Veloce Publishing are two wholly separate  
companies.

I don't think Floyd Clymer morphed into Veloce Publishing.  The  founder of 
Veloce was with Haynes Publishing and either left or was made  redundant so 
founded his own publishing  company.
