MINI is the official manufacturer - at least here in the states - and Cooper,
Cooper S, Cooper Clubman, Cooper Countryman, etc. are models. I
almost answered 
Austin, but then I realized that the Austin models were Mini,
Mini Cooper, 
Traveller, etc. not "Cooper S". So technically, the answer sheet
is correct.

Probably they are thinking MINI (aka Bini).
