[Spridgets] 60 Bugeye Brakes

I picked up a set of Classic Gold rear Brake Shoes at Carlisle this year and I
am in the process of installing them. 2 of the shoes have a paper #2 Sticker
on them.  Am I correct in assuming that the #2 signifies the trailing brake
Shoe?? Thanks.
