But they employ a lot of people whose job it is to care about costs.  If we 
return enough junk, it will cost them enough to care.

BTW, one of my daughters had big trouble recently with Hewlett-Packard not 
delivering servers to Australia when contracted and not telling anyone that 
there would be a delay - a completely incompetent American company.
