[Spridgets] Ebay-HANS Device Update (Long)

As a seller who has been screwed, as long as you used Paypal to pay  
then do NOT slow down the process!  He will have to pay you back plus  
any Paypal fees.  Let the process go forward at lightening speed!  If  
it turns out that you receive the HANS then resend the money.
