Lots of liquid wrench, remove the extremely fragile tilt lever, put on 
some vise grips and work the lever back and forth.
As for the head rest, put the top down, stand on the sill and tunnel, 
grasp the head rest firmly and pull up with great force.
Watch where your chin is when doing this because it will come out.
