While I'm not a triumph owner...

I do get the nuances of cooking.
Most good cooks don't measure their spice additions,
it's "season to taste"....therefore I can't tell you exactly J, so I don't
have to kill you! :-)

My wife corrected me on two parts, forgot to add the Basil in her sauce
recipe,
and my mum in law used to add pork necks
to the sauce for flavor. :-)
Funny thing was my mum in law wasn't Italian, she was Schvedish and Irish, but
made great gravy!!

I agree with Ron and others, good cookware helps immensely!
Iron skillet for the meat, 6 or 8 qt Farberware pots, need one for the pasta!
depending on how many of the in-laws are coming over to share..wife's one of 7
girls!
